Swearing-in Ceremony of New President of Timor-Leste

In the Palacio Lahane in Dili, Taur Matan Ruak is sworn in as the new president of Timor-Leste. In attendance is Finn Reske-Nielsen, Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Timor-Leste and Head of the UN Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT). Mr. Reske-Nielsen is seated behind the Bishop of Dili, Alberto Ricardo da Silva (wearing red and white robes).
