Assembly Holds Day-long Forum on Culture of Peace

As part of its High Level Forum on the Culture of Peace, a panel discussion was held on "Strengthening the global movement, advancing the implementation of the UN Programme of Action on Culture of Peace: the way forward".
Deputy Secretary-General Jan Eliasson (centre left) speaks at the panel discussion. Also speaking at today's events were Federico Mayor, President of the Foundation Culture of Peace (left), and Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser, President of the sixty-sixth session of the General Assembly (centre right).
