United States President Addresses General Assembly

Barack Obama, President of the United States of America, addressed the general debate of the sixty-seventh session of the General Assembly. Prior to his speech, Mr. Obama is escorted by UN Chief of Protocol Yoon Yeocheol (left) to the ceremonial seat for Heads of State addressing the Assembly. Welcoming the U.S. President are (at the podium, left to right): Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon; Vuk Jeremic, President of the sixty-seventh session of the General Assembly; and Jean-Jacques Graisse, Acting Head of General Assembly and Conference Management.
