Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (left) addresses the 118th and final plenary meeting of the General Assembly's sixty-fifth session, at which Members mourned the passing of former Assembly President and former Prime Minister of Finland, Harri Holkeri. With Mr. Ban are Joseph Deiss (centre), President of the sixty-fifth session, and Muhammad Shaaban, Under-Secretary-General for General Assembly Affairs and Conference Management.
