Hasan Kleib, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the UN, speaking on behalf of the Asia-Pacific Group of States, pays tribute to Harri Holkeri, President of the fifty-fifth session of the General Assembly and former Prime Minister of Finland, who passed away earlier last month.
