Assembly Pays Tribute to Past President Harri Holkeri

Isabelle F. Picco, Permanent Representative of the Principality of Monaco to the UN, speaking on behalf of the Group of Western European and Other States, pays tribute to Harri Holkeri, President of the fifty-fifth session of the General Assembly and former Prime Minister of Finland, who passed away earlier last month.
