WHO Hosts Panel Discussion on on Ageing and Health for World Health Day 2012

In observance of World Health Day, WHO held a panel discussion, ""Good health adds life to years", at UN Headquarters to address public health challenges associated with ageing populations and strategies to address them.
Executive Director of the WHO Office at the UN, Dr. Jacob Kumaresan, outlines four key action points which the health organisation has said governments and societies can take now to strengthen healthy and active ageing.
