Secretary-General Visits Mangina Ebola Treatment Centre in DR Congo

Secretary-General António Guterres visits the Democratic Republic of the Congo to take stock of and mobilize additional support for the response to the Ebola outbreak. He will meet with Ebola survivors and discharged patients.
UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) provides Ebola-infected children, orphans and unaccompanied children with appropriate assistance, including nutritional care and psychosocial and educational support. Together with its partners, UNICEF has opened a child care center next to the Ebola treatment centre.
