Security Council Considers UN Peacekeeping Operations

Retno Lestari Priansari Marsudi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and President of the Security Council for the month of May, chairs the Security Council meeting on United Nations peacekeeping operations. The theme of the meeting was ""Investing in peace: Improving safety and performance of UN peacekeepers"". At right is Hasmik Egian, Director of the Security Council Affairs Division of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA).
