Secretary-General Speaks at 'Global Partnership for Girls' and Women's Education' Launch

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (at podium) speaks to participants of a high level forum on girl's and women's education held at the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) headquarters in Paris.
