Joseph Deiss, President of the sixty-fifth session of the General Assembly, addresses the opening of the Assembly's High-Level Meeting on HIV/AIDS, convened as a comprehensive review of the progress achieved in realizing the Declarations on HIV/AIDS reached in 2001 and 2006.
