Bill Clinton Speaks at Launch of Global Plan to Eliminate HIV Infections among Children

Former President of the United States, Bill Clinton (at podium), speaks at the launch of a global plan at the United Nations. The plan, known as "Countdown to Zero", seeks to eliminate new HIV infections among children and keep their mothers alive, in an effort to save millions of lives across the developing world.
