Global Plan to Eliminate New HIV Infections among Children

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (right) and Bill Clinton, Former President of the United States, greet each other at the launch of a global plan at the United Nations. The plan, known as "Countdown to Zero", seeks to eliminate new HIV infections among children and keep their mothers alive, in an effort to save millions of lives across the developing world.
