Global Plan to Eliminate New HIV Infections among Children

Eric Goosby, United States Global AIDS Coordinator, speaks at the launch of a global plan at the United Nations. The plan, known as "Countdown to Zero", seeks to eliminate new HIV infections among children and keep their mothers alive, in an effort to save millions of lives across the developing world.
