UNSG Panel on Referenda in Sudan visits Juba

Members of the Secretary-General's Panel on Referenda in Sudan visit the Southern Sudan Referendum Bureau data centre where registration details are gathered for the upcoming vote on whether Southern Sudan will split to form the world's newest nation. Chan Reec Madut (centre) is the Chairperson of Southern Sudan Referendum Bureau and, to his right, is Benjamin Mkapa, Panel Chair and former President of Tanzania.
