Secretary-General António Guterres (centre right) takes part in an event in conjunction with receiving the International Charlemagne Prize of the City of Aachen. On the stage are Armin Laschet, Head of Government of the German federal state North Rhine-Westphalia, and Charlemagne Youth Award recipients as well.
