Election of New Non-permanent Members of Security Council

7 June 2019

The General Assembly today elected five non-permanent members for two-year terms on the Security Council starting on 1 January 2020: Estonia, Niger, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Tunisia and Viet Nam.
