United Nations Development Fund for Women Presents Achievement Awards

At a special ceremony, the United Nations Development Fund for Women's (UNIFEM) 20 Years of Commitment to the World's Women Achievement Awards were presented to Rekha Dubey, Centre for Social Research (India); Maria Del Carmen, Las Molineras (Peru) and Nasri Hussein Adam, IIDA (Somalia).
Rosario Green, Assistant Secretary-General and Special Advisor to the Secretary-General on Gender Issues, addresses the gathering.
