4th UN Special Thematic Session on Water and Disasters

María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés, President of the seventy-third session of the General Assembly, makes remarks during the fourth UN Special Thematic Session on Water and Disasters and Special Session entitled "Build Back Better from Idai and Kenneth - Lessons Learnt and Actions to Reduce Climate Change Impact in the Future".
The Session is part of the thirteenth meeting of the High-level Experts and Leaders Panel on Water and Disasters (HELP), and was co-organized by HELP and the Permanent Missions of Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, Tajikistan.
