Timorese Judges Prepare for Swearing-in Ceremony

Judges are prepared to be sworn in at the Tribunal de Recurso in Dili, Timor-Leste. Among those who attended the ceremony were President of Timor-Leste José Ramos-Horta, Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, and Atul Khare, Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Timor-Leste.
