Head of Sudan Referenda Panel Speaks to Press

Benjamin Mkapa, former President of Tanzania and Chair of the UN Secretary General's Panel on the Referenda in Sudan, addresses the press following the Security Council meeting on Sudan. Mr. Mkapa leads the newly created panel that will monitor the referendum taking place in that country in early 2011.
