Secretary-General's Representative Visits UNICEF Youth Association Project

Robert Watkins (third from left), Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), visits a United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) youth association project which has a special focus on protecting youths from abuse and exploitation through educational programs with the goal of engaging them in community development and peacebuilding.
