Secretary-General Visits Mozambique

Secretary-General António Guterres visits Mozambique in order to take stock of the recovery efforts in the areas impacted by cyclones Idai and Kenneth, which hit just a few weeks apart earlier this year. He will visit the capital, Maputo, and the city of Beira, which is still recovering from the impact of the two cyclones.
Mr. Guterres (centre) is welcomed by a performance as he arrives in Maputo. At his left is José Pacheco, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Mozambique.
