Brazilian Teacher Studies in Sweden Under UN Fellowship Program

Mr. Luiz Carlos de Danin Lobos, of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), looking through a Swedish morning paper while having a cup of coffee before leaving to attend classes at Stockholm University's International Graduate School (IGS) where he is studying administrative organization under a UN fellowship. Mr. Lobos lives in a furnished room rented from a family in the suburbs of Stockholm, and is allowed kitchen privileges. He is 30 years old and a junior teacher at the Brazilian School of Public Administration to which he will return after completing a ten-month course of studies at IGS.
He receives 800 Swedish Kr. (approximately $155) monthly, plus travel expense within the country.
