Security Council Hears Statement by UN Secretary-General

The Security Council, continuing its debate on the situation in the Congo, this afternoon heard a statement by U.N. Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld. It also heard statements by the representatives of Turkey, China, France, Chile, the United Kingdom and Morocco.
