Rakoen Maertens (right, at podium), NGO Delegate to the United Nations for the World Esperanto Youth Organisation, delivers a keynote address during the closing session of the 2019 Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum. The theme of this year's Forum was "Youth: Empowered, included and equal".
