Fourth Committee Hears Petitioner on Conditions in Ruanda-Urundi

The Fourth (Trusteeship) Committee of the UN General Assembly this afternoon continued the hearing of petitioner John Kale concerning conditions in Ruanda-Urundi, a United Nations trust territory in east Africa, administered by Belgium.
