Delegates Arrive for Opening of 13th Session of UN General Assembly

Delegates from the eighty-one Member Nations gathered at United Nations Headquarters today for the opening of the thirteenth regular session of the UN General Assembly. Among the delegates are over fifty Foreign Ministers as well as three Prime Ministers and seven Ministers of cabinet rank.
