Inaugural Ceremony for Third Session of UNCTAD in Santiago

Salvador Allende, President of Chile, and Kurt Waldheim, Secretary-General of the United Nations, made statements this morning at the inaugural ceremony arranged by the government of Chile for the third session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in Santiago. The third session of the Conference opened yesterday afternoon.
