Christoph Heusgen, Permanent Representative of Germany to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of April, chairs the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Middle East (Yemen). At right is Hasmik Egian, Director of the Security Council Affairs Division of the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA).
