U. N. Secretary-General Hammarskjöld's Installation

This picture of Mr. Dag Hammarskjöld (left), new Secretary-General of the United Nations, with Professor Ahmed S. Bokhari, Permanent Representative of Pakistan, was taken this afternoon before the General Assembly meeting at which Mr. Hammarskjöld was installed. Professor Bokhari was Chairman of the Security Council when the nomination of Mr. Hammarskjöld was recommended.
