Philippine Representative Gives a Painting to Mr. Hammarskjöld

Mr. Salvador P. Lopez (right), Acting Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations, as he was presenting, today at U.N. Headquarters, a personal gift of a painting to Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld (left).
The painting is a watercolor by the well-known Philippine artist Romeo V. Tabuena.
