Emperor of Ethiopia Visits United Nations

The Emperor of Ethiopia, Haile Selassie I, who paid an official visit to United Nations Headquarters this afternoon, came back this evening for a formal dinner given in his honour by Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld.
On this photograph, taken before the dinner, the Emperor is seen between his son, Prince Sahle Selassie (at right), and Mr. Hammarskjöld. Standing behind them are members of the Emperor's official party.
