Opening of a U.N. Exhibit in Singapore

An exhibition on the United Nations opened officially at the British Council Hall in Singapore at 12 noon on U.N. Day, 24 October.
This picture shows Richard M. Nixon, Vice-President of the United States, delivering a speech during the opening ceremony. (Mr. Nixon is at present engaged in a ten-week flying visit to Asia and the Middle East).
