While in Athens, during his recent trip to Europe and the Middle-East, Mr. Trygve Lie (reading a document), U.N. Secretary-General, attends a closed session of the United Nations Special Committee on the Balkans (UNSCOB). On Mr. Lie's right is Mr. A.H. Feller, Principal Director of the U.N. Legal Department.
