The United Nations Featured in Haiti's International Exposition

The central corridor between the two U.N. pavilions. The President of Haiti, Mr. Demarsais Estime, inaugurated on 18 February 1950 the two pavilions installed with the aid of the UN Department of Public Information at the International Exposition organized by the Haitian government and held to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of Haiti's capital city.
