Fen Osler Hampson, Executive Director of the World Refugee Council (WRC) and Director of Global Security and Politics at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, briefs press on the launch of the Council's latest report. The report outlines concrete actions to protect the interests of the forcibly displaced, as well as the countries and local communities that host them.
