Event for First Observance of International Day of Education
Geraldine Byrne Nason (centre at dais), Permanent Representative of Ireland to the United Nations, moderates an event held on the theme "Maiden Celebration of International Day of Education". The International Day of Education was established by General Assembly resolution in 2018 in celebration of the role of education for peace and development.
