U.N. Secretary-General Visits Scandinavian Units of UNEF

U.N. Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjöld, who arrived in Gaza on 23 December to spend Christmas with the troops of the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF), spent Christmas Eve with the Scandinavian units of UNEF.
Here, during his visit to the Danor Battalion, Mr. Hammarskjöld signs the Visitors Book. Holding it for him is Major H.R. Sommer, of the Battalion.
