Hungarian refugee families at Kaiser-Ebersdorf Camp, near Vienna. These houses were former army barracks that were converted into modern flatlets for Hungarian refugees by the Austrian Government with funds provided by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
