Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt, United States, Chairwoman of the United Nations Commission on Human Rights, talks with President of the Economic and Social Council, Dr. Charles Malik, Lebanon, left, and Professor John P. Mrs. Roosevelt reported that drafts of an International Declaration on Human Rights, completed by the Commission's Second Session, had been submitted to Member Governments for their observations. These observations will be submitted by the Council.
