At an Ambassadorial meeting of the 'Group of 77' countries, a
new Chairman was inducted for 1996.
From left to right at the head-table are: Rafeeuddin Ahmed, Associate Administrator, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali; Ambassador Fernando Berrocal Soto (Costa Rica), incoming Chairman; Fernando Naranjo Villalobos, Foreign Minister of Costa Rica; Ambassador Felipe Mabilangan (Philippines), outgoing Chairman.
