Secretary-General on Official Visit to the Middle East

Secretary-General Kofi Annan made an official visit to Iran to address a summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (9-11 December). Before the Conference opened, the Secretary-General met with dozens of Heads of State and Government and ministers present for the summit.
