Chairman of Delegation and Permanent Representative of Oman Addresses Special Session of General Assembly on Children

The Special Session on Children (8-10 May 2002) is an unprecedented meeting of the UN General Assembly dedicated to the children and adolescents of the
world. It brings together government leaders, Heads of State, non-governmental organisations, children's advocates, as well as young people at the United Nations. This gathering presents a great opportunity to change the way the world views and treats children.
Fuad Mubarak Al-Hinai, Chairman of the Delegation and Permanent Representative of the Sultanate of Oman to the UN, addresses the twenty-seventh special session of the General Assembly, on Children.
