UNCTAD Working Group Approves Articles of Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States
The forty-nation Working Group of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) on the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States held its fourth session in Mexico City from 10 to 29 June. A series of substantive articles for inclusion in the envisaged charter were approved during the session and alternative proposals on unresolved issues were submitted.
