Environmentalists on Bicycles

A group of environmentalists, bearing UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) T-shirts at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. They were greeted there by Mr.
Mowaffak Allaf, Deputy Director-General of the United Nations Office of Geneva. Geneva was merely a stopping point on the group's four month, 7000 kilometers bicycle tour of Europe. The cyclists will be received subsequently by H.H. Pope John Paul II at the Holy See, and thereafter be in Vienna during the forthcoming Conference on Science and Technology for Development.
