Demonstrators carrying banners in front of the Acropole Palace Hotel, where the Commission of Investigation Concerning Greek Frontier Incidents, directed by the United Nations Security Council, was investigating alleged violations of the Greek frontiers and hearing the cases of the four governments concerned – Albania, Bulgaria, Greece and Yugoslavia, as well as political prisoners, private individuals and representatives of political parties.
