United Nations Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali opened the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) - or Earth Summit - on 3 June 1992.
President Fernando Collar de Mello makes a toast during a luncheon for world leaders, who have come together for the Summit Segment of the Conference, on 13 June.
