Press Briefing to Launch WMO State of Global Climate 2018

María Fernanda Espinosa Garcés, President of the seventy-third session of the General Assembly, speaks at the press briefing to launch the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Statement on the State of the Global Climate 2018 and an update on Extreme Weather in 2019. Secretary-General António Guterres and Petteri Taalas, Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization, also participated in the briefing.
