Prancis Blanchard, Director-General of the International Labour Organization (ILO), was interviewed on 21 October for the World Chronicle by journalists Roy Murphy, Television Mew Zealand; Martine Dennis, African Guardian; and Tuyet Nguyen, United Pres International. Michael Littlejohns of Reuters was the moderator.
